Mysore Classes
My mysore style classes start with learning the sequence of postures at the correct pace for each individual. Classes are small and you receive individual guidance for your body and your needs, within a group environment. The essence is on developing a 'self practice' as you learn and develop at your own pace. Within my classes new students and more experienced students practice alongside each other. I teach complete beginners and more experienced students of primary series ashtanga vinyasa yoga
Led / Talk through Class
My led / talk through classes offer the opportunity to flow through your practice as a group, working towards moving as one synchronised breath. We will use the sanskrit practice count / sometimes with additional instruction, to move up Navasana, or full primary (depending on the experience of the group).
This class is not recommended for beginners.
Workshops, demonstrations, retreats, beginners’ courses, counted classes, and teachings on the wider aspects of yoga (beyond asana) are also periodically available
