Yoga workshop with Denise Martin-Harker
Sunday 21st April, 10.00 - 13.30 at Yoga at The Boiler House
we are so lucky to have Denise coming to Bury St Edmunds to run a workshop especially for us!  I cannot recommend Denise highly enough.  She is a true inspiration and to have a workshop offered from her is a rare treat.

Denise started her yoga journey with Ashtanga teacher John Scott and became his assistant for 8 years.  she continues her study throughout that time and since, with other leading teachers including Manju Jois (son of Guruji - Sri K Pattabhi Jois, the founder of the ashtanga vinyasa system) and Sharath Jois (Guruji's grandson).  Denise runs workshops and assists Manju when he is in the UK, he teaches from her studio, Aware Yoga in Hertfordshire, every year

Denise has studied with Swami Nityamuktananda Saraswati from the Himalayan Yoga Tradition for many years, and with Swami Veda Bharati, considered by many as the last living Rishi (yogic saint).  She shares her knowledge of both the physical side of yoga - the postures and practices, and the philosophical side, in a way all can access.

This workshop is not just for ashtanga students, it is open to all.  I urge you to put this date in your diary now.  Tell your friends.....tell your family....tell everyone!
